What do I do if I receive an indeterminate result?

If you received an indeterminate result, this means that the test was not able to determine whether COVID-19 was present in your sample. Typically an indeterminate test result is due to insufficient sample matter collected. 

Per the CDC, you should still review your test results with your physician in order to receive proper care.
