Should I still get tested for COVID-19 if I am partially or fully vaccinated?

Per the CDC, "You should still get tested if you’ve had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or if you have symptoms of COVID-19."

Please note that the estimated incubation period for symptom onset is between 2 and 14 days with a median of 5 days. It is important to note that some people become infected and do not develop any symptoms or feel ill.

We advise waiting at least 2-5 days after exposure to be tested.
