Is there a minimum age requirement for a Rapid PCR test?

The Accula SARS-CoV-2 test is only offered for patients ages 5 and older. 

Patients ages 5-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who will also perform the sample collection.

A minor cannot attend their Rapid PCR appointment without an adult. Notes are not accepted.

Patients ages 18+ will self collect their sample.
