What happens if my result is indeterminate?

Typically an indeterminate test result is due to insufficient sample matter collected.  

While we do not refund payments for indeterminate results, we do offer one additional test free of charge within 24 hours of your indeterminate result. 

You must schedule another appointment in order to complete a replacement test. Please contact our Customer Care team at 888-702-9042 or return to your test site to schedule your free of charge secondary appointment.
