What should I do if I received a bill in the mail?

You may have received a written summary of the claim we submitted and its status from your insurance company. This document is called an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). This is a summary of services, it is not a bill.

You will see a section in the summary noted as Patient Responsibility/Non covered service. Per the CARES Act we do not bill you for your co-pay/deductible/responsibility/non-covered service.
