How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you would like to cancel your vaccination appointment, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to curative.com/manage 
  • Enter your Appointment Reference Number and click Look up appointment:
  • Click the link that was sent to you by email and/or text
  • Enter your date of birth and click Save and Continue:
  • At the bottom of the screen, click Cancel appointment:
  • If the status shows as Canceled, your appointment was successfully canceled:

Rescheduling

If the date or time you signed up for no longer works for you, there is no need to reschedule for a different appointment slot.  If you would like to reschedule your appointment, feel free to bring your original confirmation email to the testing site at a date and time that works for you. Your original appointment number will still be valid as long as you test at the same location. No need to reschedule.
