How do I cancel or reschedule my testing appointment?
Please note that if it is within 24 hours of your appointment date, you will have to cancel your appointment and schedule a brand new appointment for a date/time that works for you.
To Cancel your appointment, please follow the steps below:
Go to curative.com/manage
Enter your Appointment Reference Number and click Look up appointment
Click the link that was sent to you by email and/or text
Enter your date of birth and click Save and Continue
At the bottom of the screen, click Cancel appointment
If the status shows as Canceled, your appointment was successfully canceled
To Reschedule your appointment, please follow the steps below:
At the bottom of the screen, click Reschedule appointment
Please select a new date and time from the options listed
You will be sent a new appointment confirmation email with your new appointment number and details
