How do I cancel or reschedule my testing appointment?


If you would like to cancel your testing appointment, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to 
  • Enter your Appointment Reference Number and click Look up appointment:
  • Click the link that was sent to you by email and/or text
  • Enter your date of birth and click Save and Continue:
  • At the bottom of the screen, click Cancel appointment:
  • If the status shows as Canceled, your appointment was successfully canceled:


If the date or time you signed up for no longer works for you, please cancel your original appointment (please see cancel appointment process) and you may schedule a new appointment at, click Get Tested Now.
