How is my privacy/data protected?

Curative is committed to protecting patient privacy and has implemented security and privacy programs overseen by our dedicated HIPAA Security and Privacy Officers. 

The Privacy Policy describes what information Curative gathers from patients, how we use it, and what we do to protect it. 

Curative security and privacy programs include, but are not limited to:

● Encryption of patient data both in transit and at rest within our system.

● Business Associate Agreements for vendor services that may interact with Protected Health Information (PHI).

● HIPAA compliant, vulnerability, risk, and identity access management internal controls.
